April 30, Wednesday, 9-11:45am: Bi-State Transportation Meeting at  
the Dover City Hall Auditorium; updates on the success of the  
Downeaster train, benefits to station communities, and discuss future  
funding and services for the Downeaster. The Strafford Regional  
Planning Commission, Rockingham Planning Commission, and Southern  
Maine Regional Planning Commission have organized this meeting to  
provide an opportunity for stakeholders and interested parties to

May 9, Friday, Noon to 1:30pm: Mental Health Task Force Meeting at  
the York Public Library. (Meeting the 2nd week in May to avoid the  
conflict with the Bi-polar conference in Portsmouth.) "We are  
arranging a great panel presentation to speak about residential  
services and the mentally ill population and the developmentally  
disabled population. So far the panel will include Kristen Fortier, a  
Consent Decree Coordinator who works closely with the residential  
services (PNMI) end of things; Lori Nicholas, the Adult MH Housing  
Coordinator for Region I ---- working closely with the BRAP and  
Shelter + Care housing subsidy programs & homeless services end of
